I have created a Coronavirus Care Package for you.

I read the news and I get sucked into it, too. And then I get kind of scared and freaked out and anxious…and then I bring myself right back to center because I have trained my brain and nervous system to prefer the feelings I get from meditation.

So in service of your joy, and your health, and your immune system that’s healthy and balanced and resilient, I have put together a care package for you.

When I was a little kid and I’d go to summer camp, my mom would send me care packages that were full of surprises and they were so fun.

That’s what I want this to be for you.

There’s stuff you can enjoy by yourself, with your kids, your partner, there’s a yummy recipe in there… so let the fun begin!

Cultivate the habit of starting and ending your day with daily gratitudes.

As soon as you wake up, make a mental list of all the things you’re grateful for.  Do this at the end of the day, as well.  In this way, you prime your brain to focus on what you already have and find more of that.

Instead of putting your desires in front of you and feeling like they are so far away you will never reach them, put them behind you and let them be the wind on your sails that propel you forward.

You can’t be in gratitude and lack at the same time, so make sure that gratitude prevails by incorporating this daily practice as least twice a day.

1/3 c. organic almond butter
1/3 c. organic shredded coconut
2 TBS dark chocolate chips
2 TBS chia seeds
2 TBS raw organic cashews
8 pitted organic dates
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
10 drops Tangerine or Wild Orange Oil

Pulse all the ingredients together in a Cuisinart, and then form into balls. Makes about 16 irresistibly delicious high-protein, low glycemic power balls. This one is a winner!

WILD ORANGE, like it’s smaller cousin, tangerine, supports the immune system, and it also uplifts mood and energy.
